At Reflex Express we employ a large number of people with a range of skills in different positions. Here are some examples of roles at Reflex Express:

Depot Managers

Our Depot Managers are fully focused on, and are passionate about, delivering outstanding service within our depots. They also lead and manage the assigned depot to meet all agreed business requirements by building long term capability, standards and customer relationships to enable sustainable improvements in revenue and profitability.

Team Managers

Team Managers are key members of our depot management teams, covering all operational aspects of the shift to meet daily service, quality and cost targets in line with business plans and company values. This is a very busy role which requires excellent organisational and communication skills.

Drivers

Teamwork is key to delivering an exceptional service to our customers.  We work in true partnership with our customers and our Drivers, who are a fundamental part of our business, and deliver a great customer experience every day.

Our Drivers are motivated, ambitious, hard working and experienced in multi-drop deliveries and collections of parcels in pre-determined and directed areas within delivery windows, in accordance with depot and company procedures, service levels and route plans. This ensures that customers' consignments arrive safely, securely, punctually and in perfect condition.
