Once we are in safe possession of your goods you can rest assured that we will do everything to enable your delivery arrives on time, in full.
We place great emphasis on the security of our network to protect the integrity of your products through:
- A National group security team
- 24/7 CCTV Monitoring at each of our Depots
- Security vetting for all of our employees
- Security seals on all of our trailers which are tracked by satellite
- Security cages at every depot to hold consignments awaiting further instructions
Secure Cages
Our secure cage handling system ensures that your goods are loaded into cages at the collection Depot and are not touched until they arrive at the delivery Depot therefore minimising the risk of split deliveries, mis-sorts and/or potential damage.
Track & Trace
Our scanning solutions enable:
- Real time track and trace
- Full signature capture through digital imaging
- Captured images of the front door should the consignee not be available to receive the goods and a “Card-left”
- An email to inform you every time there is a status update
- A full performance and management suite of reports
